My Story

My journey as a holistic healer began over 30 years ago while pursuing a degree in Cultural Anthropology. While  researching into rituals I  became fascinated by the Indian culture and its mythology.

After completing my studies, I came to London to enrol on a master's degree but instead I found myself drawn to a program in Ayurveda at Thames
Valley University. I graduated in 2001 and spent over a year in India, training as a yoga teacher at the Vivekananda Ashram in Bangalore, working alongsidean Ayurvedic doctor in Pune, and gaining clinical experience at an Ayurvedic hospital in
Udupi, Karnataka.

My studies also kindled an interest in Jyotish, the ancient Indian astrology.
After the birth of my  son in 2007, I focused my Ayurvedic practice on
maternity care, becoming a doula, reflexologist, and baby massage instructor. I worked as an Ayurvedic doula for many years, while continuing to deepen my astrological studies.
From 2017 to 2022, Margherita I worked  for the NHS, providing maternity care and breastfeeding support to women in Camden.

I resigned in 2022 to dedicate myself  fully to Jyotish, Ayurveda, and Yoga.
In addition I also practice  reflexology, a therapy I was drawn to from a young age when my mother would massage my feet, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated.
